"First visit here for the Sunday roast, and we weren't disappointed. Large place with lots of tables, seemingly very popular with pretty much a full house during our visit. The service was polite and efficient, although we felt for the young girls and boys working as they evidently had a pushy boss. I could see him egging them on to offer dessert menus and the bill; keen to turn tables over but making it awkward for the staff who clearly felt uncomfortable about it. We didn't feel rushed, but it's not good to see. Pleasant atmosphere, although it was very loud in the restaurant, so unfortunately, conversation was sometimes difficult. Great food nonetheless, and a seemingly varied menu aside from the roast options. Clearly, a popular choice on the highstreet, would recommend."

"Went for lunch for the 1st time. We ate off the lunch menu 2 courses £17 or 3 for £19. The meals were amazingly good for the price. I had the King Prawn Linguine which was the best I've had at any restaurant. Followed by Chocolate Brownie with ice cream. Great service completed a 5 star experience"

"Delicious food with great portion sizes. Great service and friendly staff. I had the steak medium rare whih was beautiful for a sirloin and my partner had the lamb which was incredible! The desserts were amazing too and much larger than expected: we had cannoli and panna cotta."
