The Lucky Inn (chinese food) and Pizza

"I must order or crave this every single week!!! Food always hot and of amazing quality when delivered and very speedy, never wait too long. Sometimes I pick up and told to collect in 5 minutes and it’s always fresh. Sometimes deliver and delivery driver is very polite and friendly. Best Chinese 100% recommend, absolutely delicious"

"Omg tasteless food. I just got my order im soo disappointed seriously dont waste your money and time here. Ordered shared platter: the chicken satay totally dry undercooked and unchewable. The seaweed overcooked. The pancakes oily and weird shaped and thin hardly anything inside. The ribs one was full of fat and a hair! Prawn toast oily and edges burnt tasteless. The pot of ?sauce not sure what its meant to be but burnt and smelled off. The mixed chicken and prawn balls are not ball shaped oily and undercooked all dry and soggy mixed dough inside and hardly any prawn or chicken inside. The rice with moxed meat prawn etc was soggy totally tsteless and same with noodles we got. The sour res sauce thing smelled totally off and they gave crackers with it. I mean not one single thing was good and all tasteless. Only thing deliver was on time and the food was warm.. Forgot to mention hair in rib and the balls were dry soggy not cooked properly inside and hardly any filling. I just ordered with another local chhinese restaurant ended up spending more money tonight as i made mistake and did not check review before"

"Since a change of management just absolutely awful! No pork is ridiculous for a Chinese takeaway, most of China's best food is pork based and then the pizza... Just why?"

"Ordered 2 portions of prawn balls. Was really under cooked and wet dough inside. Wasn't nice atall 1st time ordering and the last."

"Food is average, bland, limited menu, small portions, overpriced. Service is a joke. Had wrong items delivered in the past so asked delivery driver if we could check the order was correct first before he left. He refused to even open the bag and check for us. He made a simple request very difficult. Even once we gave him the cash he kept complaining and lecturing and was not helping at all. At that point we already explained that the restaurant is not helpful and does not care if the items are wrong, which is why we would like to confirm the order is correct before accepting it. Even with our order receipt in his hand he refused to help and said he doesn’t know what we ordered. Why should you expect a customer to pay for an order that isn’t correct? Just a reflection of the attitude of the staff at this place, they don’t care what they send out. Really poor customer service avoid spending your money at this place who treats customers like an inconvenience."
