"Terrible experience. Our order was missing several items, they served us meat in the spring rolls and dumplings even though we ordered an entirely vegan meal, and the doryaki + mochi were frozen rock solid. We are unable to get a refund through Uber because we are unable to provide pictures of the missing items - avoid."

"Horrible food!!! We ordered 2 Ramen and a Pad Thai, and the Ramen wasn't Ramen, and the Pad Thai, wasn't Pad Thai. I spent 12£ in the Pad Thai for nothing and I had to throw it away. Tasty really bad. And the conteiner of ''Ramen'' came broken, both of them. I don't have more words to define this horrible food... So disgusting"

"Terrible service. we have ordered from this restaurant several times, the food is good but the delivery is always terrible. Ordered our food with an estimated delivery at 12.50. Food was late so we we called, wait another 20 mins, called again, another 10 mins, after that the line was constantly engaged. The delivery driver called but hung up on us twice, still no food. After leaving to search for the driver we eventually had our food at 2.21pm!"

"Was very excited to order but disappointed with what I recieved. Ordered a strawberry and cream, chocolate, and mango mochi, with soufle cheesecake and doriyaki. The mango mochi was icecream not normal mochi. This should be made clear on menu. The cheesecake was a very small slice and tasted quite lemony and not fluffy and smooth like it should. I think it should say clearly that mango mochi is icecream mochi and cheesecake has lemon, as I would've ordered something else. It's also a bit pricy for such small sizes. For £2.50 for a single mochi it needs to be a bigger size ball."

"Really? £30 for a plater a bit bigger than my hand and 8 dumplings. The plater fo your information contained 20(!!!) pieces. Overpriced, the taste is bland, size ridiculous. This was supposed to be a dinner for 2. It's not enough even for 1 person."
