"Zero stars if i could. I ordered from Ruchita for the first time today and it is the worst meal I've ever had. The chicken curry was bland and watery, the garlic chili naan was not fresh. The chicken itself looked uncooked and tasteless. The pilau rice and the samosa was okay but nothing special. The only reason i even ordered from Ruchita is because Malai Fusion on Plumstead high street were unable to accept card payments online for now. One would think during a lockdown you would count yourself lucky to still be open and make an effort to provide fresh, tasty and quality meals for your customers so they always come back. I'll never order from here again."

"Used to be a good place but in the last month or two the food has degenerated into an oily mess. Last meal was returned as it was inedible, they said they would remake it and redeliver.. in the end they remade one dish and just sent back the original dishes, now congealed and lukwewarm, with it. And then lied about it."
