"It is clean , tidy , efficient , organised , retro , classic and small place in Loughton which reminds that I stepped back in time with joy and happiness. The food is tasty , delicious , flavourful , mouthwatering and scrumptious food that you should eat because it will full for the day and it comes with a good meal deal. Delivery is good depending on the delivery driver. The customer service is professional , good , friendly , responsive , attentive , helpful , understanding and respectful which is good for a business but improve little bit being on responsive and bring the food quicker. It is very cheap which makes life easier for people who can’t afford an expensive food. The chips are perfectly cooked which you need to try out because it tastes good it. The apple pie is sometimes perfectly cooked which is good because I like dessert after a meal. I am hoping that they can improve it soon as possible."

"Always sceptical about local chicken and chip shops and I’m new to the area so tried this place. Called in advance to ask if it was halal (it is) and ordered a chicken burger. Guy i spoke to said he would make a fresh one for me. Came delivered hot and fresh and it tasted amazing!"

"Order two meals for delivery. Was told half hour. An hour later still not food, rung shop and complained. Was told 10 mins. 15 mins later i get a call from a house in loughton to say hes trying to give them the food. He was ment to be in buckhurst hill. Another half hour and he finally arrives. He was sent away with the food - i dont fancy cold chicken. Will never use again!"

"appalling customer service. The polite younger member of staff is a pleasure to deal with. The older man with the grey fluffy eyebrows spoke to two ladies disgracefully whilst we were in the shop. She was served a bag of chips and asked me and my friend if it looked small. We agreed with her and said it was a small, the member of staff got irate and said he doesn't care if she never comes back, chips are too expensive these days to give more and that is the size they always give. When we questioned him about talking to customers like that he brushed it off like it was nothing and insisted that he doesn't care about her feedback. When he saw we wasn't happy with how he acted, he pulled chicken out of the heater and put it in front of us, shouting "look at the size of this chicken, you would never get this in KFC".. spluttering all over the chicken.. If this man cares this little about customer service, I can only imagine his insouciance for store hygiene... I've been coming this shop for over 15 years and this experience has really put me off."
