"Very disappointed with the rude customer service. Young waitress with brunette hair treated us with disgust. We didn’t even order and we walked out. The lady screamed at us, slammed the door so hard the glass panels shook. We requested a customisation for a salad - was informed that it would not be okay. Perfect that’s fine, instead we would like hummus and pitta but no hummus. Happy to pay full amount to be told no we must consume the hummus…. Please. Make it make sense. For the other waitress (maybe manager) to come out and make excuses and not apologise for the waitresses attitude and contempt. My favourite line was ‘I don’t know why you are shocked, the menu is the menu for a reason’ no hun we are shocked you are screaming at 3 adults and 2 babies for simply asking a question. We went to the Cafe Casea and it was beautiful! Free lollies for the babies too. Save yourself disrespect and walk 30 seconds up the road. I would give 0 starts if I could."

Waltham Abbey, Essex:

"Stopped off here for a tea and a slice of apple pie! Service was very efficient, and the man that served us was extremely polite. Was served a large pot of tea which was great, although the cup was a little on the small side. We also had a mocca which was delicious. Both of us had apple pie and thoroughly enjoyed it! Would highly recommend. Nice seating position too so that you can watch the whole of Loughton high street. Price was reasonable to fairly expensive for what we had, but the over experience was very good."
