"Nothing about order was DELICIOUS!!! Kebabs extremely greasy with no other taste. Salad poor and breads rock hard. Should have listened when others have said food bad since change of ownership. Never again!!!"
"Disgusted with the service, not one part of our order was correct. I called the restaurant to see if this could be rectified and I could collect the food to be told “call later, the manager isn’t here” and no offer of correcting the food. I said what do I do now and he said complain to Uber eats and put the phone down! Rude, unprofessional and poor food quality I have edited so I can respond to your funny reply… You are quite hilarious! I have never ordered from you before, this was the first and last time. I certainly wouldn’t want your food for free! You would have to pay me to eat that! The way you defend your poor reviews shows how unprofessional you are… you have attacked every customer who dared complain about your passive aggressive demeanour over the telephone which is why you have bad reviews… no wonder your restaurant has such horrendous service and standards with you running this establishment… good luck when food standards arrive. I think you would benefit from a customer service training programme to help you learn the right way to deal with the public who dare buy from you in the future."

I was made to feel intimidated and ganged up on after I questioned the way the food was cooked. That is not the kind of experience I want or would recommend. There are plenty of decent places with good customer service around Chingford where you are not made to feel intimidated. The fact that your reply tries to infer that I was in the wrong just says it all. STAY AWAY PEOPLE"
"Decent food kebabs are good, nice chilli sauces, burgers I would avoid. The burger meat is very bland and a mixture of meats. The kebab meat though was nicely cooked and tender. Get crazy amount of chips per meal. The salad was nice and fresh each time I ordered."
