"Delicious Somali food! My friend brought me here and it was the best restaurant meal I had during the trip. We had a soup, then a platter of chicken and beef served on perfectly cooked rice. Accompanied by salad and a super fresh and spicy sauce, let’s not forget the banana. We wanted to try also the date cake, but it wasn’t available anymore, lucky us I guess because we were already stuffed. Now I want to try their other dishes."

"First time trying out Somali food and oh my goodness, what a brilliant selection of dishes I’ve been missing. Felt like home cooked food and really fresh. The place itself isn’t the most decorative but the food is absolute quality! The big sharing plates are amazing too, all part of the experience. If you’re not to fussed of fancy decor and nice chairs and want more quality food, I cannot recommend this place more!"

"This is the 3rd time coming here with a group of friends. We came as a group of 5. The food was splendid. Incredibly flavourful. Every bite was bursting with deliciousness. The green sauce on the side went really well together with the meal as well. What we had was Lamb Suqaar, chicken and rice which fed all of us. We only spent £50 for the food, and drinks for 5 people. Very affordable, delicious and good customer service. I would completely recommend to any and everyone in the area."

"A friend asked me to meet him here, I saw the pictures of the place google and it didn't look too good so I wasn't looking forward to going. When I arrived I saw that the shop had been done up, looks alot better. The service was good (a little slow as they were busy) but the staff were always polite and welcoming. Food was freshly prepared, good portion size and very tasty. We order the platter on the picture which was around £25. Only downside was the sink and bathroom was off putting. Fantastic shop, will visit again and recommend."
