"None of the sea food dishes we ordered tastes Egyptian. The seafood soup is flavorless, and the sayadya (seafood) rice only looks like the Egyptian seafood rice but doesn't taste like it. The fried calamari and prawns were ok but very oily. The tehini souce didn't taste good at all. The Indian butter chicken was ok. But the staff and employees are very friendly and nice."

"A dive into some Egyptian cuisine for lunch yesterday. The waitress was helpful to explain what Egyptian dishes they had although not all were listed on the menu. I ordered the Molokhia (green soup) - usually served with chicken & rice Koshary (mixing pasta, rice and brown lentils, topped with a zesty tomato sauce, garlic vinegar and garnished with chickpeas and crispy fried onions). Bamya (lamb & okra stew) They also had Kebda eskandarani but I didn’t have space on on this visit. All of them were fresh, the stew being especially flavoursome. She also made a really nice mango lassi. Will likely be back to try other stuff"

"Let me start by saying - WOW. Travelling in London after forever, not knowing what food places to try, which to not.. I trusted the reviews of this Egyption restaurant and I am so so glad that I did! We ordered grilled fish (sea bass) and lamb shank in the main dish, requested it to be spicy and both were scrumptious! The lamb was tender, the fish was perfectly cooked! It was so filling and worth every penny, 10/10! We also ordered kunafah, which didn't meet our expectations as much but I'd give it a 7/10. The food made up for it all however! The service provided was excellent, definitely a must visit if you're craving some good food!"
