"This is now one of my favourite restaurants in Balham. Don’t be deceived by the seeming simplicity of the menu: the husband and wife team who own and run the restaurant cook with real love and generosity of spirit, and the food is doubly delicious because of it. Go for immaculate Lebanese staples; leave feeling well fed and that all is right with the world."
"Nice establishment, the customer service was good with staff being very friendly. I decided on the mixed grill, nearly £16 to take away- it would have been £18.95 to eat in. The food was nice but nothing special and I was so disappointed with the portion size (4 chunks chicken, 4 chunks lamb and 1 kofte). I will not be returning."
"We loved every minute of our ladies’ brunch here. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The owner Sam made us feel very comfortable and Ayah was very helpful in selecting the dishes so that we didn’t over order. We enjoyed the music and coziness of the restaurant. "Restaurant looks very nice, waitress was pleasant but the food was atrocious,meat was cold inside and the shawarma was full of fat and overall the food tasted like an ocean full of Cardamon. The kids menu was a joke, my son ordered Kofta(cold and very hard), he received one skewer and a bowl full of chips, no salad or anything!"
