"Awful establishment. Don’t even bother wasting your time. We entered and were seated upstairs. There was ONLY one other group of customers present. They already had their food and we’re eating. We were sat down and waited and waited for someone to attend to us. We called out to one of the staff who signalled one minute and a waiter came upstairs however still didn’t attend to us. Eventually we got fed up and left. The waiter then comes over to say “we are understaffed” however there were NO other customers waiting to be served so I’m unsure what the waiter was busy doing that he couldn’t attend to the ONLY customers waiting to be served. Absolute joke. There were many staff downstairs conducting a photoshoot of food, however don’t seem to care about the actual customers who have come to eat. Got fed up and left. No care shown from staff. Only attend if you like enjoy bad service!"

"Dont go if youre after a nice dinner as it's like a nightclub in there. Went for dining only as we didn't want shisha (make sure to book dining only seating otherwise you will have to buy shisha), but the dining only area felt like a little waiting/bar area by the doors, with the shisha lounge being upstairs. The quality of the food was okay but it definitely wasn't worth the price you pay for it. It was quite standard food and portions. The chaat starter was probably the best thing we ordered. The rasmalai was £10 for it to be store bought and for just two of them, which is very pricey. We went on a busy Saturday night. The service was quite slow and now the friendliest. It felt like eating dinner in a nightclub. The DJ was playing the music SO loud that we couldn't hear each other talk whilst sat at the same table. If thats the atmosphere theyre going for (nightclub/party) then they really shouldn't seat people down for dinner. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. They call themselves halal but nothing about it felt halal, except that they didnt serve alcohol (they may as well have) and the food is halal. Wouldn't go again."

"If you want a place where you can relax and enjoy the nice and adorable ambient. This is the right place. Loved the food and it’s presentation. The staff is well trained to provide exceptional service to detail."
