"If I could give 0 then I would, ordered a kebab and it was delivered raw! ( chicken doner ) please avoid this place at all costs to prevent yourselves from becoming unwell from food poisoning!"
"Ate here last week with my wife. Not a great experience. The plates were dirty and the clean ones they brought were the same and had oily finger smudges on them. Not a great start. When my wife asked for new plates the second time they weren't very friendly about it. I had the lamb was way to chewy. For me, the sauces are also important and these all came out of a plastic bottle at the front. Just moved to the area as well and it's crying out for some good middle Eastern food. A shame."
"Confused to see some of the reviews here.. I found the customer service here excellent, waiters were friendly and food was served promptly. I will give the food a 4/5 - the welcoming ambiance that pushes it to a 5/5. Will be coming back here again soon with family and friends!"
"Is not Original Alkiz Restaurant AWFUL place and food. I left very disappointed. Cold lamb, chilli and garlic sauce is not home made . Is doesn't look like the real thing. I couldn't do the eating. When kindly informed staff about this one person say me : Paid and Bye ... BUT DIRTY DISHES CANNOT BE FORGIVENESS. I showed the dirty plate in which there was bread to the staff ..."
