"We’re a little surprised this restaurant has such high ratings. We ate here with a group of our closest friends and from the beginning, it felt like we were not welcome in the restaurant. There was no proactive nature in serving us —we had to ask for everything —a napkin, ice, utensils. When we asked for water, they gave us bottled and ended up charging us for it. We ordered drinks and some of them never arrived. When the food finally arrived, it was mediocre and cold. If you’re going to focus on delivery and takeaway don’t let people sit in the restaurant. Every customer should be treated with kindness and respect. Just because you have a BYOB policy, doesn’t eliminate and justify terrible customer service. Be better. You won’t last."
