"Ordered through the app and food wasn't even started when I arrived (3 times this has happened now), which I think defeats the purpose of having a food collection time! Food was average as subways go and minor toppings were missed but my main issue is the managements lack of customer service. I reported this as an issue and received a generic reply. I asked further questions and was ignored. Will have to take this up with subway as the franchisee here doesn't care."
