"Charlie- supervisor was absolutely superb in Every way..went totally above and beyond and acted in a very calm, caring and reassuring manner. My right leg seized up when my hamstring went and I couldn't walk at all for a considerable period of time. Charlie kindly lent me his crutches and looked after me all night. At end of the evening I could just about stand up and both Charlie and Abbie saw me to my car and made sure I was OK. Both Charlie and Abbie were absolute stars and I can't thank them enough for all there care and attentions. Outstanding customer service."
