"I was recently in Rios Piri Piri and was dissatisfied with the service. The staff was a little bit rude and unhelpful. The food itself was adequate but not exceptional. They had a good selection of piri piri chicken dishes with good flavours. However, the restaurant's overall atmosphere was dampened by the poor service. In terms of staff attitude and customer service, the restaurant could use some improvement. In comparison to other similar restaurants in the area, the prices are also a little high. Overall, I would give Rios Piri Piri a three-star rating because the food is good but the service is poor."

"We’ve been going to Rio’s since it first opened. At first it was amazing, now it’s just not worth the money. Prices have risen significantly, which I get due to inflation etc but you don’t expect the quality and quantities to be reduced. I’ve always ordered the Grillets with every order but just recently I’ve become so disappointed with them. They’re literally less than half the size of what they used to be with little to no flavoured sauce on them. We spent more on this takeout than we did going to the new Grill It restaurant to eat out and the difference in quality just doesn’t compare. Won’t be going here again for the foreseeable future."

"Great food! Good quality of food served and made fresh. Spice levels are always spot on when requesting and tastes amazing with a generous amount of Peri fries given too. Although on the pricier side of takeaways I believe this is overall good if you are trying to eat tasteful food and will be satisfied with the money spent."

"Nice alternative to Nandos. A good choice of food with varied levels of spice. Staff friendly and polite. Place is nice and clean. Seems popular with Uber drivers. Loses a point as the large drink is a medium and if you like your spice ( like i do) you need a good refreshing drink to.wash it down. Ive added the menu so prices right as per date 03/06/22"
