"First time trying the Bengal Lounge. Could not fault the food, which was delicious, or the attentive staff; it’s also bring your own alcohol, which makes it a cheaper night out too. The restaurant is a little bit narrow and tight in places but overall a lovely night out."
"Called in with a friend for an early evening meal on a Thursday evening. Staff were excellent and judged our needs perfectly. We weren't rushed but also not ignored. The food was top notch. The tarka dhall was just gorgeous and so was everything else we ate. I would not hesitate to reccomend this restaurant. I don't often give 5 star reviews but this is well deserved and we will be returning."

"Great menu and some options I’ve not seen before at other Indian restaurants. Bring your own alcohol so good value. Only slight criticism, my wife who is tiny and rarely eats a full starter and main said her starter of chicken pakora was very small. All tasty though and friendly staff."
