"Worse KokoRo ever I have been to. Staff there don’t really care about customer Unprofessional behaviour from the team and food was extremely cold curry sauce was old and brown. If I could I won’t even give one star. Don’t recommend this place"

"Rude staff. Dishes not warm, even cold. Plllllll Ordering a large meal, you only get more nuddles ,but not meat. Kokoro at Morden is 100% more professional and the portions are much bigger (compared to Tooting). The box is barely closed(Morden) Living in Tooting I will be visiting the branch on Morden. I do not recommend Tooting!"

"I think the concepts are good, but the execution seems to have lost some of its foundations. I had the chicken Katsu, was surprised that it arrived after just 2 minutes, because the noodles were precooked and heated up in a microwave ! So they were horribly overcooked and just fall apart :(. The curry sauce was really quite bland and lacked depth, i suspect that is a dumbed-down version of the recipe they started with and now mass produced and reheated like the rest of it. Chicken was also pre prepared and just cut up with scissors onto the noodles, so was a bit dry. I think they need better quality control and at the very least make their noodles to order !"

"The food is consistent amongst branches. However when I made my order at this branch the lady asked can I give you this pot which had already been sitting at the till for god knows how long as she didn’t want to serve a fresh pot :("
