"Order took nearly 2 to get to me?? The delivery driver was honest with me and said the order was taken to the wrong adress, which is fine, things like that happen. The problem I had was that everytime I rang the restaurant I was told 'soon' '5 minutes' instead of just being told the truth?? I had to ring them 4 times and STILL the only person who was honest was the delivery driver. The food wasn't even warm anymore. Awful service from the restaurant."

"This would have been a 1 star as I was not happy with delivery time. Luckily your driver was kind and expressed his genuine apologies and provided me free prawn crackers as a gesture of good will, the food was great. Originally was meant to receive the food between 18:05 - 18:25 but it came after 18:50. When I called the restaurant I was told 15-20 mins to receive on two occasions and on the second occasion I was told "sorry and that the driver was already on his way.", clearly brushed off by the employee on the phone who didn't sound like he cared at all and he said that I won't need to call back as the driver was on his way and calling won't help, which I found rude. If you can improve the delivery time and or provide correct delivery estimates as well as look at the tuna as it was poor taste, texture and quality when I ordered previously. This place can easily receive a 4/5 star as food otherwise is great."

"I never had such bad food experience. This place can’t cook at all . I had to put all the food in the bin. Don’t ever order from this place . Horrible food experience. Change the chef if you want to run the business. Don’t provide disgusting food to others."

"Terrible food. I don’t write reviews often but this was so bad I had to review. The “ramen” was vegetable stock and spaghetti with frozen green peas. Avoid at all costs. The food was also late and the staff were unhelpful. They’ve obviously paid for good reviews on here which is why they’ve been rated so high on google. It’s obvious, even the pictures look fraudulent. Google needs to crack down on these fake restaurants paying for good reviews."
