"Ordered beef curry and fried rice. Had one mouthful, it was truly shocking. So bad I took it back in my bowl, it was disgusting. Yellow flavourless swill, served as curry. Awful awful awful."

"I bought fish and chips for my wife and myself, on getting them home my wife tried her fish and said she thought it was not cooked. I then tried mine and was almost sick, it was raw in the middle. I rang to complain and they offered to replace it I told them I didn't want it replaced just my money back, they said ok. I drove 2 miles back to the shop and when I got there they insisted it was cooked and refused to give me any refund or replacement. The old woman in the shop was abusive and screaming at me. I have never received such disgusting customer service and recommended to everyone to avoid this shop like the plague or you might end up with it!! Terrible food and even worse abusive service!!!!"
