"Food quality was awful. The vegan poke bowl was literally a bowl of plain rice and lettuce, no sauce or flavour or anything. Food was also ‘half-price’ and still way over-priced. Small portion sizes."

"Ordered ramen via deliveroo. I've had better pot noodles. I've spent time in Japan and this coagulated mess has no resemblance to the genuine thing. Seriously – Just horrible. The tempura prawn were of the frozen packet variety too. Simply disappointing"
