"Their soft shell crab roll is pretty good. Not sure about the lettuce in it. The teriyaki salmon was quite a large portion (3 pieces of salmon) but is on the salty side. All in all pretty alright but definitely on the pricier side."

"A very very lovely place. I feel so calm when I go here. So my sister discovered Zen Mondo just passing on the street, because of little pots in the window with little black cats on. And little pottery classes on Sundays was advertised and a Japanese restaurant Mon-Sat. So we went to make little pots! And it the most calming, enjoyable hour I've had for a long time. Just 12 people in the little restaurant turned pottery room. 2 weeks later we picked up our little pots and also came for dinner. We ordered 2 types of Green Tea in those satisfyingly heavy iron tea pots, miss soup (gf) sashimi, I highly reccomend the marinated mackerel, avocado and salmon seaweee rolls and udon noodles bowl. Definitely going back."

"One of the best Japanese place I’ve been to in London! You get what you pay for, great taste, authentic food and amazing flavours. I loved the pork belly and the agedashi tofu! The udon texture was spot on, just the right chewiness and the shabu shabu had some great quality thin sliced meat. I definitely would recommend this place! I can’t wait to go back again and try the sukiyaki :)"
