"Ordered on Uber eats, called after waiting 1hr15mins to see how long; they told me they cancelled the order! Uber told me it was on its way, I told them they need to cancel as I’ve been charged. Hung up and they cancelled. Over an hour of my life wasted for nothing! 0 stars not 1!"
"Not a real place. Used Uberats and it was a complete scam. The food wont come and you'll have to cancel it which is when they then claim they had started preparing the food so you get charged the full amount."
"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Came home after a 16 work shift. Decided to order sushi from this place via Uber as it was one of a few places that were still open. The food was being prepared and was on its way only for me to receive an email stating that the restaurant cancelled my order and because they had started preparing it, I would be charged the full price of 30£. I’m in absolute disgust at how unethically this restaurant practices."
"Unfortunately I didn’t check the reviews before I ordered. Everything is true. Advertised as 35 min delivery but as soon as the order is confirmed it becomes 2 hours, and then nothing. Never got my food. Tried to call the restaurant, never got through. This place is a scam. I’d strongly suggest you avoid it unless you want to spend your Friday evening contacting Uber Eats to get a refund. PS: don’t believe the good reviews."
"We ordered it with uber eats. Estimated arrival in 1 hour and a half. After 2 hours we did not even received the notification that the food was getting prepared. We tried to ring the place numerous times but no one replied. Eventually, sushi was not delivered, yet marked as delivered on the app.. A place to avoid if you want to eat..."
