Domino's Pizza - London - Hackney

"I ordered from here, after an hour of my pizza being “out for delivery” I called them and they told me the driver couldn’t find my address and had given up (I live on a regular street several mins drive from this domino’s, with regular house numbers, no hidden doorways or unusual buildings, literally just houses numbered as you would expect!). In their defence, they sent another pizza out which arrived in about 25 mins. But by this point I’d waited almost two hours and I was too angry to enjoy my food. 100% don’t bother ordering from this branch."

"Ordered a vegan American hot. The toppings were atrocious pepperoni placed on top of the cheese and was looking very dry pizza was like cardboard. Did not enjoy the meal at all - also toppings missing. Ordered some garlic balls was not told they were not available. Domino's pizza just gave me dry cheese balls and it was not nice. I believe the staff should concentrate on doing their job instead of chatting all the time and making mistakes on our order. Staff did not show any good customer service. All staff need retraining. I also saw the staff cut some of the pizza dough off the pizza to make my dough ball's. Which made my pizza small not a large. I would have taken the pizza back to the shop but . They were closed. I would not recommend anybody to go to the hackney mare Street dominos pizza until staff get retrained."

"The date is 29.01 22:41 o’clock in domino’s Hackney Central the guys that been in the shift they didn’t was picking up the phone and stay silent just because they don’t want anyone to order so they can stay relax over there! I use to order for a long time and now I’ll never buy anything from there!!!"

"Staff are really rude! They ignore you when you walk in, just because I’ve come to collect a pizza I am still a customer. I ordered a pizza went to collect it when I got home it was completely different to what I ordered , went down to complain, there was not a sorry, they did sort the situation out which was good but just no customer service there! Go to a different dominos not this one"

"I’ve just ordered a pizza today 26 June 2022 at 7.30 and they are so rude! The pizza we ordered was hamburger pizza and we specifically put in our order what we wanted and made no reference to eating pork or ham for religious reasons. It’s a pizza we order all the time. The pizza came with ham and we called to make a replacement and they said no that we should complain on the website. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM THE MAN AND WOMEN WE SPOKE TO. Do not recommend"
