"Birthday party of 12 for my sister. We did book but there was some confusion and there was no record of the booking, however a place was quickly made for all of us downstairs. Our waitress was fantastic and handled our large party (including two young kids who were given colouring things) great. Two of our party had dietary requirements and this was no issue either. Overall a great evening and once again thank you to our waitress (apologies I never got her name) and all others involved! Loved the added slice of bday cake at the end, it’s the little touches!"
"Delicious as always but be sure to download the app. Our meal was £45 but then after checking in and getting our rewards we paid £25! A pleasant surprise to top off an excellent meal. Great service."
"Overall, very poor pizza express and I have been to many. The seating arrangement on the ground floor was very cramped, not much space to maneuver and if you did, you would end up bumping into people. The basement floor is a dedicated bar which doesn't help. Ten minutes after taking our order, the waitress told us that the side we ordered was sold out (halloumi bites) and that we had to order a different side. I asked for some time to decide but she was very impatient and stood next to our table whilst I was thinking about what to change to. In the end I just cancelled the side order. When our food arrived, the plates that we were given were dirty so I had to ask for replacement plates. The pizza itself was delicious which salvages an extra star, but the customer service was very poor. Not recommended."
"A must visit place in Greenwich! The people working there care about the restaurant, the waiters and managers are super kind and friendly, and the kitchen staff makes delicious food! I eat at there every week, and they never disappoint. If you're not sure what to order make sure to try vegan salad and padana."
