"I. Just move in the area, I was working from home that that my daughter wanted have pizza. I have ordered half Vegetarian half chicken I got call from store driver left I was waiting outside freezing cold and rainy Driver didn’t show up. He passed our block with out stopping I shouted him but didn’t hear. I got call from store she could find the address was lie he didn’t look for it i was outside. Manager askme to collect it. I stop what i was doing I went there collected check the ticket was ok I came home was freezing My wife told me that it is wrong order inside I call the store again told them wrong order He ask me come collect new one bring wrong order I went there again the make complaint ask him refund he make me new one wait 15mins again he said sorry next time he will credit my account. Today i made collection order 27.02.2023 at15:37 order no 000027 /28165 He hold me that credit is valid only one month I have to pay £11.99 again So that was a big lie to sort out a-day Why he told me that he Will credit for my next time collection order. Why he waste my working time and my familys time that is not expected service from Dominos"
"Good pizzas but too pricey in my opinion esp with the cost of living crisis.. Better to go Tesco and add extra toppings yourself for a fiver.. Dominios needs to bring there prices down!!"
"Honestly if you have some time to kill and want some evening entertainment this is the place to go. Our vegan pizza was thieved ! The driver took the wrong pizzas so they had to remake ours ( apologies to whoever got a random vegan pizza) we then had to wait 30 mins for another one AND they asked us to leave a review … I mean … I will but you won’t like it."
"Disappointing. I am probably one of their most loyal customers yet when ordering between 11:00 pm and 12:30 on a weekend they are unresponsive and the pizza arrived pretty much folded. They forgot an item on my last order and I just tried calling but no answer."
