"I would highly recommend using another location. I ordered my food at 19:40 and it was expected to arrive by 20:25 on the website. The actual time of delivery was 21:15 which was ridiculous. I had to make 5 phone calls where the “manager” said it would take 20 minutes or 10 minutes each time. Just throwing numbers at me to accommodate for not having people to deliver food on a Saturday night. When the food arrived it was cold and had to be microwaved because of this lousy service. It’s a really low quality Service location compared to 19 Plough Way, Surrey Quays which I usually collect from. Now it’s clear I can’t rely on Pizza Hut for delivery, at least not this location."
"Got the any pizza for 9.99 deal, this did not include any dips, however the store gave me 2 free, i asked for another 3 dips to pay and they told me not to worry about paying, would recommend"
"I live literally 2 minutes walk from the place and by the time I got home the pizzas were stone cold in fact everything was stone cold . They tried to give me ice cream that was already open I could see my food literally sit for 10mins before they gave to me I repeatedly asked why my pizzas were left sitting there and the kept saying they wasn't mine but I watched them box them up they basically messed my order up and then asked me for more money because they "forgot" to charge me for something. All staff are rude and can barely communicate and they clearly prioritise deliveries over people walking in as my 15mins wait was actually more like 25mins. Not only worst pizza hut I've ever had but probably worst pizza."
