"Only come here if you are desperate and nothing else is open. The cashier tried to force us to pay in cash (even though they are supposed to take card) and then they charged us more (£10 instead of £8.5). When we got the pizzas, we told the cashier about the mistake and he literally just ignored us and didn't answer. One of staff in the back came to the rescue and gave us our money back. Overall really bad customer experience. The pizza was fine, it's good enough for a drunk snack but nothing more."

"Never order from them online, it's a waste of time. They will take ages, and then when you ring them they will either 'start' making your order or hang up on you. Better and faster places exist. Waited 2 hours for delivery."

"Worst pizza I ever ate in my life, Pizza wasn't cooked properly. Don't eat from here. They shouldn't cook and sell pizza. Even pizza from tesco tastes better than this and ten times cheaper their name on deliveroo looks like woodfire and it's same address. I got my order 50 min late. They are delivering theirself and the guy was rude too I turn to him and said thanks even with this much late he just left didn't said anything."

"Only ordered a pizza, salad and onion rings. Was late by more than an hour. Restaurant called me to say they have no salad (at 7pm on a Friday) "would you like to replace with cake"?!! I said no obviously, I'd like a partial refund. That was agreed and told pizza would only be 15-20mins. Called back as no refund or pizza has been received. He said, get a refund of Uber Eats, which wasn't discussed. 2 hours trying to get a refund/delivery. Had to continue my request via email next day. Regano was rude to Uber, but was just straight forward to me, however lying through their teeth about everything. Food arrived very very late and cold. By then I'd give up. I won't be ordering from here again and wouldn't recommend. Order in shop maybe for hot food, better service. Deal with the man in person to solve any issues. No phone to hide behind."
