Zizzi - Westfield (White City)

"Great food - fantastic Christmas menu at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff - attentive and welcoming. Good location to meet. Would definitely visit again. The salted caramel brownie was particularly brilliant."

"We had our Christmas dinner here, and although the atmosphere was great, I have to say that we were underwhelmed by the food and the service was not great. We had multiple problems with our order, as some dishes arrived late and some others didn't at all. The buffalo mozzarella and tomato salad was fresh, but needed a bit more dressing. The seabass lacked taste and seemed a bit overcooked. Dessert was okay. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it was obvious that they were understaffed for how busy the restaurant was."

"I went here with a group of friends earlier today, I’ll start by saying the service was good, the food came quickly and the area seemed like a nice place to sit and eat. Food: I ordered the spaghetti bolognaise, there wasn’t too much on the plate, and what was there didn’t taste that great if I’m honest. I also got the loaded bolognaise chips for the table, which where admittedly really nice, although there wasn’t much bolognaise for the amount of chips they gave us. My wife ordered the margarita pizza, she liked it, but it wasn’t anything to write home about, also the cheese was lacking. Price: This store does not accept student discounts. However they where nice enough to allow it this once which was nice of them. The food was pretty expensive for what it was. There are many cheaper places that I can think of, but you can’t expect a bargain just outside of Westfield. Overall: The food was lacking for me personally, however I didn’t hear many complaints from around the table. It was a decent time but I doubt we’d be in much of a hurry to back."

"A spontaneous decision to have dinner at Zizzi and this was my first visit in years. You can't miss this restaurant as it's located next to the entrance. The inside is spacious and also offered outdoor seating as well, but limited capacity. the staff was friendly and very professional the food was good and tasty. I was cheeky enough to ask if they had four-cheese pizzas, unfortunately, they only have whatever was on the menu. The pizza I got was good but don't think it's worth that money, except for that, amazing starter of shrimps and calamari and our two main. Next to our table were two girls. When it was time to pay one of the girls was being difficult and extremely rude, rather than admitting it was her fault she took out her anger on the staff. The staff was professional and handled the whole issue brilliantly. Kudos to her."
