"I made a large order of pizzas from this Domino's. The people working there were lovely and very helpful. The pizzas arrived warm and perfectly on time, and they offer a selection that caters to vegans, vegetarians and gluten free, which is excellent. Thank you for everything!!"

"Horrible experience! Called this store after finding hair on the pizza thank God we had not started to eat it, the manager Salamaya offerd to send a new one , she said she woul send it in 15min but we did not think it was possible to prepare, cook and deliver to our address within such a short timeframe so we declined as we were heading out after 25 min o so and to avoid further disappointment, she then asked for my phone number to add a note in the system under my profile so they are careful next time we place a order that this doesnt happen again. I was quite shocked and disappointed by what she said and told her that food hygiene and food health and safety should be a common practice and not a favour only to those who complain it should be a standard practice! She was not happy with my comment and wanted to end the conversation I told her I will upload pictures and write a review online. This experience has been a waste of our time and money. No customer care and terrible food hygiene! Never again!"

"Just purchased a house on the street. After a long day of moving in me and my partner decided to order dominoes. my partner ordered and I was sent down the road to collect the pizza. After walking in and providing the order name and showing a screenshot and order number of the order he refused to give me the pizza until i verified the correct size. After going back and forth for 5 or so minutes there was nothing he could as the order number and name of the customer was irrelevant as its apparently company policy to verify pizza orders with the size of the pizza. I asked to speak to a manger to which he said "I am", therefore i just asked for a refund to which he slowly done. Dont understand why he was happy to refund me but not give me the pizza makes no sense and was very embarrassing. Not the kind of evening we expected to have when moving to a new area and just wanted some food. managers name was apparently pateer/putir"

"Delivery drivers in this place are completely incompetent. Unable to use their mouths to ask around where a place is if they are lost. Not even an option to call, even though contact number was given upon ordering online so why take a contact number in the first place. Driver went back and I got a phonecall to say they can't deliver and it will take 4-5 working days for a refund. But everytime you call they ask for your mobile number to check the order. But yet the driver can't call when they are lost, does that make any sense. Spoke to a woman on the phone and then a man who stated company policy is that they cannot give first names. Totally disgusting branch and employees who have no common sense."

"May not care to the manager this review. We order a menu for 2 people and after 2 hours, we started feeling bad and have bad symptoms (diarrhea). We called to the manager of this shop and he said that dominos sold five hundred pizzas and how they can know it was pizza. The manager was so rude and unprofessional. If you like your healthy, I don't recommend buy pizzas in this shop."
