"I called up to order a gluten free pizza & the woman started shouting at me to order online because she was really busy and had lots of pizzas to deliver. I said the reason why I was calling was because the gf pizza wasn’t available online. She just shouted louder & said she was too busy to deal with me. I said I’m a customer please don’t shout at me, so she shouted IM NOT SHOUTING at which point I hung up. I will never order from Papa Johns again and this lady who works at the North Acton branch should be sacked."

"On Saturday, myself and my partner ordered food to a Premier Inn local to this Papa Johns. Firstly I called in and spoke to a Lady called Lina who allowed me to amend to of my side orders. Unfortunately the number I had on my account was incorrect and she tried to find ways of contacting me. Lina went and head and got a driver to deliver the food to our hotel, unfortunately he was turned away. Luckily I remembered to contact Lina and change my number on the account. The driver also drove back even after being turned away by the hotel staff. I was so grateful for the level of customer service and care provided to me. Well done Lina and Papa Johns (Acton)."

"We ordered last night. They called to say order was coming late , that was fine. Order was wrong no stuffed crust that we have paid for and the half of the pizza I ordered BBQ chicken there was no BbQ sauce. Please be mindful of this. I wouldn't order online , next time I will come and collect so I can see order is right."
