"Visiting Wendy's in Jackson Hole was a delightful experience overall! The service here deserves a special mention; it was not only swift but came with a smile. The staff made us feel welcomed and attended to our needs efficiently, making the dining experience pleasant. However, there was a minor hiccup during our visit - the ice machine ran out. While this did not majorly detract from our overall experience, it was a slight inconvenience on a warm day. Nevertheless, the positives far outweigh this small issue. I appreciate the team's effort to maintain high standards in both food quality and customer service. I'm looking forward to my next visit and would recommend this Wendy's to anyone in the Jackson Hole area looking for a quick, satisfying meal."
"It is a great place except for prices. Their prices are very high. I guess they are catering to the ritzy Jackson crowd instead of the normal people."
"I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with a chili. The chicken was so dry that I asked for a new patty. The manager accepted that the chicken was old and dry. With a subpar meal, one can typically expect some service whether it be freshened up fries or a dessert; obviously, I didn’t get anything. What made it worse was I didn’t get a valid apology. I waited for the batch to be cooked. Once I got the new sandwich, it was still pretty dry which makes no sense to me. This was by far the worst quality spicy chicken sandwich I’ve had at a Wendy’s (and I’ve been to quite a few in many different states. The food portions were subpar. Fries were not filled completely nor was my chili (see photos). Don’t expect great quality nor service."
"You can great get some great healthy fast food here! Rolled into town after 9 o’clock, and even though all the bars were open, all the kitchens were closed, as were the restaurants. Got a salad and some chili. We figured we saved $30 or $40 on dinner. LOL"
