I have had everything from a lightbulb, service, MOT, new clutch and cam belts done here. Only down side is its cash only, but still with a receipt and service book stamped.”

“Took my Jaguar to Direct Motor Service last week, it had pretty much had a persistent coolant leak for well over a year and I had mentioned it at a couple of other places when it went for a service and another small job. No one was able to find a leak but the car was using pretty much a header tank full every couple of weeks. Mitchell took on the Job and when we dropped it off it was obvious that he was very knowledgable and seemed to have a plan to find and sort the issue. I left it with him expecting it to take some time and possibly end up expensive. I was called within a few hours and informed that the leak was from the water pump.. I gave them the go ahead to order a new water pump and replace it.. The following day quite early I had another call from Mitchell to say it was all done and I collected it before lunch the same day and it has run better than it has since I purchased it.. Mitchell and Direct Motor Services were first class.. The price was excellent also and this will be my go to for servicing and repairs from now on. Thanks guys.”

“I'd been looking for a cordless Ryobi lawnmower for a while and waited until black Friday to see if the price came down. Thankfully spotted an ad for a refurbished "as new" model. It was about £50 cheaper just because the box had been opened. Everything looks perfect and the battery charged first time. “Wanted two new radiators installed in my property before winter takes its hold on us all. Nathan promptly came round to price up the job and a date for fitting arranging. The installation went swiftly, and extra effort was made to ensure none of our decor was damaged (there were Dust sheets and matts throughout the house). Not knowing how these things work I expected there would be holes in my walls and marks on my skirting board / floors but this was not the case, the pipe work was connected with absolute precision with minimal holes created - he truly is the master of the pipe. Nathan was also flexible enough to fit a smart thermostat the same day, which was not initially included in the job. On finishing, you would not have known that any work had taken place the house was spotless all thanks to Nathan and his trusty NuVac I would not look anywhere else other than willow heating to meet any of my plumbing needs! Could not recommend enough”
