"I should have read the reviews. I was the only person there at 6:00 p.m. on a weekday. The whole process was rushed. The tech decided to play on her phone more then my nails. I told her numerous times I wanted it shorter and that they were all uneven. She understood me because she said short is ugly. But to have each nail a different length! Then you have to leave a cash tip with their ATM fee and then your own bank ATM fee. I go back the next morning hoping somebody else is there to fix the lawn uneven nails and unfortunately it was the same girl. She grinded him down and left them all chipped up and jagged. I went to buy a file and smooth the tips out. Two weeks later I go back to get them taken off because they're ridiculously long and uneven. I'm going to assume the owner or head Supervisor was the one that took them off. Not only did she slip with the Dremel and knick my finger causing it to bleed and then look at me like it was my fault, she burned each finger nail. I'm surprised I had any nail left. After she gets done grinding the top of my fingernails off she tells me I'm done. No smoothing out the jagged edge on the tip of my fingernails. My finger tips hurt like a ridiculous hurt and the nails are peeling so far down. Oh. And IL mention the horrid infection she gave me on 2 fingers."

"I've been hurt by workers here before but this time it's just been the last time. I've been on pain meds since Wednesday. I'm still bleeding and it HURTS my hands have NEVER hurts so bad."

"I get full gel sets or fills with either traditional French pink and white or colors/designs. The pedicures I get are $35 (+ $5 for French) which is their cheapest choice. The service is 1st come 1st serve. Last visit they didn't listen to what I asked for. Not everyone wears a mask. Been coming here for 5+ years (4 Seasons Nails upstairs was where I started way b4 this opened). I thought they were owned by the same people but not sure so maybe I will go back to 4 Seasons. It was $108 b4 tip for reg French pedi & gel fill. I've never paid that much. If prices went up since 3 weeks ago wish it was posted somewhere!"

"I will admit it's all about who you go to here. I have paid for a 65 pedicure and never even got the massage part, but if you get the right tech the experience can be very nice. Personally Juney is my favorite tech especially for pedicures, never rushes and does everything that is listed, she also has done my nails which I love. I have also had Cindy do my nails and she made them super pointy which I loved. It is a great place, especially if you go to the right techs there. I made a appointment for Juney and was seen right away. They do tend to get pretty busy. They offer a wide variety for gel nail colors, I do wish they offered more non gel colors though, they have a decent variety but another stand of color's to have more options would be nice."

"I've been coming here for some years and usually have a good experience. Initially they said 15 min wait which is fine. We both put our names down and what we were getting done. We waited 30 min before someone asked us again what we wanted even though we told someone and it was written down. It was another 15 min before my daughter who was ahead of me on the list was seen to. Fast forward over an hour later while my daughter is getting seen to, I still haven't been. Then three walk ins for the same service and three with something different all got seated before me. By this time my daughters almost done and it's to late for me cause of other plans. So my daughter got a gel full set. She said the tech was rushing, and didn't listen to what she wanted. My daughter was able to get her service done but was even more upset with the way they handled her service then my lack of service completely!!!"
