Established by the Fitchburg Dog Park Advocates (FDPA), this park is the first of its kind in the city. Thanks to the support of local residents and businesses, FDPA was able to raise funds for the park's construction, amenities, and maintenance. When visiting Sunnyside Park, all dog owners must adhere to the posted rules to ensure the safety of all park users.
