Named after former UW-River Falls President James W. Crabtree, Crabtree Hall offers themed communities for students pursuing majors in the College of Arts and Sciences, School of Business & Economics, Education majors, and the Honors Program. First-year students are eligible to live in Grimm Hall, which includes those in their first two semesters of college after graduating from high school. Nearby amenities include Rodli Hall, parking lot O, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a spacious lawn for recreational activities. The hall is named after former Board of Regent Judge Jay Grimm.
