"I dropped off 3 items for service. I got a text message when service was done saying my balance was $11.63. When I picked up my items I was charges $45. They probably won't be my first choice for the next time I need clothes cleaned."

"1. Poor customer service, when clothes were brought in the couldn't provide a price estimate or price list on the 6 pieces. So they can essentially hold your clothes hostage. I paid 98 dollars for 6 pieces. Personally it felt like I was overcharged until I found... 2. They send clothes out to another vendor to clean, it took 2 weeks to get my clothing back. Increases the cost, so you can't take anything there you need in the same week. 3. When I did get my clothes, the store lost my expensive black crepe pants, and tried to say that the cloth tie belt on my Talbots sundress was the sixth item. They never kept a written list of what they were given. 4. I had to ask to call management while in the store because the store clerk was incrediblely inept and uncaring. 5. After describing my lost pants, it was determined that they had been given to another customer, who thankfully returned them to the store, but because they had no identifying label, the inept clerk didn't know who the pants belonged to, and didn't have the common sense to look while I was in the store, causing me to make 2 trips to the store to get my clothing after filing a complaint. 6. They actually had the nerve to send me a first time customer review about their service. Well it's a BIG FAT ZERO!!! NEVER AGAIN COULD I TRUST YOU WITH ANYTHING OF VALUE OF MINE."
