"Used The Insurance Center-Eau Claire again for the year 2022. Stacy Stevens was my agent again and I had a great experience. Everything was clearly explained and handled in a timely manner. Thanks 11/18/2021 Judy Changed my review from a 1 star to a 3 star. The agency did reach out to me to explain the series of events that lead up to our problems. Not an excuse but there was a series of 'dropped balls' for multiple reasons. Stacy Stevens and the the insurance agency quickly responded to my complaint and appear to be truly concerned about these events. Decided to meet them in the middle with 3 stars. Judy Started working with this Company, namely Stacy Stevens, in October of 2020. I was retiring at the end of the year and needed market insurance. Had to wait till open market time. Started calling Ms. Stevens on December 8, 2020. Left messages, no response. Finally got the assistant to Ms. Stevens who was going to check it out and get back to me. Well guess what???? It is now January 13, 2021 and I have yet to hear back from anyone!!! Buy your insurance somewhere else."
