The hall is unique in that it is co-ed by room, meaning that students of different genders may be living in rooms next to each other. Each floor has a male and female community bathroom. Residents of Stratton Hall have access to parking lots E and K, a sand volleyball court, campus trails, the Falcon Center, and downtown River Falls. The hall is named after former Academic Dean Charles G. Stratton.
