"I received an email informing me my medication was due to be refilled. I responded with yes. Reply was time it would be ready. 2 days later I go to pick it up and am told that they don't have anything for me. I explain the situation and she says she will put it through and it will be ready in 20-30 minutes. I start to leave the drive through and my phone rings. The prescription doesn't have any fills left. I need to call my doctor for a new script. So I do and check back next day and am told their system is down and has been for 2 weeks. Was suggested that I use another pharmacy."
