"It’s sad that such a nice store has such an absolutely awful Store Manager (Dan). Some people just lack the proper people skills and customer service skills to exceed in a position like that & he’s definitely one of them. 3 interactions within a year & they’ve all been awful. To the owner: If you knew how he treated/talked to customers, I guarantee he’d not only not be a manager, but he’d not even work there. On a positive note: The store is very clean & the shelves are always stocked!"
"Came here for a grooming appointment for my dog Ghost and was absolutely THRILLED with the service received. The little man looks so handsome and really enjoyed his spa day. The groomers were friendly, personable, and showed a deep care for what they do. I will definitely be back!"
