"Really want to love this bank as we have banked here for over 25 years. Asked to open an IRA, had to meet with someone who had NO clue; that set meeting was a waste of time. Then had to set another meeting with someone else and we don't have enough money to talk to him. Also went so far as to tell us we were in the perfect tax bracket and if I made more it would mean more taxes to pay, but I should look for another more meaningful job to "help out" with the money we would be able to invest. Huh? I just wanted to put some money away for retirement but they made this SO difficult!! Why?"
