"They never remember my child and for a pediatric dental facility the dentist doesn’t have much patience. He pushes having 5 oz of juice when a nutritionist pushes for one cup. Dentist also likes fluoride varnish, it’s covered under my insurance but It’s not always necessary for a 2 year old who does not use toothpaste with fluoride. Great front desk for sure. Moving to menomonee falls soon. I probably won’t move my child with them."

"Clare had a cleaning and was notified about one tooth that may need a root canal if if gives her more trouble. He called us back letting us know about the root canal, and I thought that he should have told me at the office. Anyways she is ok."

"I waited over a month for a my appointment. The day of, they had been open for several hours, but they waited til the very last minute before my appointment to call and tell me my appointment was canceled because the Dr didn't show up, 45 minutes beforw my appointment was scheduled. Then they told me I'd have to wait another month and a half to get another appointment opening and they wouldn't try to squeeze me back in even though it was their fault. Find someone else is all I'm saying. They got terrible communication and terrible work ethic and don't care abkut their patients. EABOD"

"Do not go here for anything except a cleaning. And even then, every dentist does cleanings, take your business elsewhere. I feel I was scammed for over $300…First they told me that I would need a “core build up” and a filling on a tooth that was causing me pain. They went ahead with that, billed me, then the next appointment they told me I needed a root canal on that same tooth, but that they don’t do that there and referred me to advanced dental associates. That tooth hurt so bad I had to eat in small bites and chew on the other side of my mouth and hardly got any sleep, I was constantly in pain. Even drinking water was extremely sensitive and shot pain right through my jaw. For two weeks I dealt with that until I finally just went to another dentist who performed a root canal the next day and told me what it would cost and and didn’t try to push a whole bunch of extra fillings like they were trying to do here at forward dental. They are very shady here. They try to get you in for as much work as possible, every little spot on an X-ray they want to drill out and fill instead of just putting it as a “watch” on your chart like a normal dentist. They will let you know how much you’re next appointment will cost but will not give you any pricing information beyond that. I believe they knew I would need a root canal but before referring me out, decided they could squeeze a couple extra bucks out of me, and did successfully. And so now I’ve stopped in and called about getting a possible refund on work that never needed to be done, only to be given the run around and then ignored. I hope this helps somebody avoid what I went through here."

"Receptionists and my dental hygienist were very helpful and pleasant. I think smaller mouth pieces for X-rays would be a good investment and the call center notifying patients/ actual clinic if it is known beforehand the visit will turn into two would very be helpful. I had a positive experience overall this visit. All my questions were answered and my hygienist was very patient and knowledgeable. I have only been to this twice. I have no/ minimal issues with my teeth. Thanks for the nice service."
