"Pretty sad. While I was in the store being pressured by one of the sales reps, "You better buy today because it'll be gone tomorrow," I heard the other one, Brandon, telling his friend over the phone that he wrote one of their 5-star reviews, got his friend Jennifer to write another and was wondering if he/she would also write one, even though they had clearly not been a customer. It's a high-pressure, condescending environment with the same products as Menards at much prices. We will not be supporting them. We don't want your slick, big-city mindset here. Please, go back to Rice Street."

Brandon made it easy, he was very knowledgeable and relayed all the information I needed to make the best decision. The pricing was great.
