For beginners, the Center's 8-session, two-week course provides a safe and fun way to learn the basics of sailing, with most students earning a Light Air Rating upon completion. The Youth Sailing Program allows children to sail on Lake Michigan, even if they have no prior experience. Membership is not required for youth class registration.
