Randy's Family Restaurant, located at 1132 West Macarthur Avenue in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is a beloved institution with a rich history. Originally opened as Chicken Hut in 1960 by Randy's father, Randy took over in 1984 and renamed it Randy's Family Restaurant. Randy and Laura, the current owners, have a deep commitment to family values and serving the community. In 1997, they made the decision to close on Sundays to allow their employees and customers to have more time with their loved ones. This dedication to family time has been extended to Mondays as well after the 2020 Pandemic.
