"Idk…. i had my first session yesterday with the therapist. to begin with, i got paperwork sent over to me on october 21st. my appt was scheduled nov 7th, i called to let them know i will send my paperwork at 2pm since my appt was at 5pm on the 7th. then the lady says “looks like your appt was cancelled because you didnt send your paperwork a day before your appt” they never once called to remind me OR to let me know my appointment was cancelled. they never even said it had to be sent a day before. The lady said we could still meet but it would be virtual because she needed to take care of something else. i asked if my appt would be rushed because i do NOT want a rushed appt. she said it wouldnt so i told her thats fine to let my therapist know ill see her at 5pm via videochat. 5pm comes and i havent received a link yet for the videochat. i messaged and they sent the link last minute. The therapist then asks me questions and the last question after i finished answering she says “it looks like were coming to the end of our session here” after only a session of 30 MINUTES! didnt even elaborate on what i had just told her. my previous therapist always did an hour. The paper did state sessions were 30-1hour long but she did the bare minimum. this was the most rushed appt ever. I dont think i will be returning this made me feel like she didnt care about what i had to say and just squeezed me in to make a couple bucks."

"This was my first experience with a therapist. I was nervous and hesitant at first but I have to say that Dr. Cabrera definitely made me feel so much better within minutes if talking to her. She is warm and kind and you can tell she really cares about what is happening to you. Definitely recommend! So far my experience has been great. Thank you!!"

"I would NOT recommend this place if you need help processing emotions. I’ve felt so alone over these past three or four months going through everything. I had almost no guidance with processing my emotions which is what I personally need. If you want someone to just give you some coping skills this place is a good fit for you. One of my first times coming to this place I had my appointment scheduled at 1pm and the building was locked with no one there until 1:01pm and no one told any of us patients about the possibility of then running late. I have two insurances and got charged $60 for therapy that didn’t even help me the way I needed as a patient. I had previously been going to a different therapist for the past 5 years and not even once did I ever get charged for anything. This includes all three times I went inpatient at Rogers Memorial. I have never been so stressed out over therapy in my life! Thank god my old therapist came back from maturity leave so I can finally process my emotions from the past three or four months and get back on track. I just personally felt like this therapy style didn’t help me at all but maybe it will work for you. I still need to find a new therapist that will help me process my emotions because the therapist I have is through children’s. I just need to find the right fit of therapy for me as an individual. Everyone at miracle counseling seems to be friendly and not truly have bad intentions at all. This just doesn’t work for me."

"I have been to several different counseling services all over Wisconsin and this place is by far the WORST! They constantly cancel appointments last minute, they do NOT return phone calls promptly and they have a psychiatrist that only sees patients once a month and then on that one day the psychiatrist should be there....doesn't even show up because and I quote " wasnt aware that it was the day he was scheduled". Not to mention the 2 weeks I could not even contact them for appointments because their incoming phone calls were directed to a public school phoneline in Cudahy who told me that my call was one of several they received which made them as frustrated as I was. This is just UNACCeptable!! Mental health is serious. I am willing to try one more time with this place because the therapist I have is very sweet and I feel that she is genuinely a caring soul who wants to help her patients."
