"I’m giving it 5 stars bc it is low income & u might not have the same Amenities as market rate properties but there’s nothing u can’t work with, I’ve only been here 2 days but the laundry facilities are super inexpensive, it’s the cleanest apartment I’ve ever moved into, surrounded by parks & green trees & a very walkable neighborhood with access to everything except a bus line. It’s so quiet it’s kind of eerie considering their is supposed to be other kids here, the application process does take awhile, the govt doesn’t work fast, but it’s not the office ladies fault. I think we’re going to like it a lot & I do recommend"

"Save yourself a huge headache!!!! The woman forgets everything u tell her and loses everything you give her which creates a huge mess and confusion with paperwork and what your rent is supposed to be so then they will just make your income whatever they want it to be and screw you over!! Due to the heating system they have the electric bill is sky rocket so u might as well use that money for a regular apartment and have something that doesn't look like the inside of an outdated hospital and living in a place where they are just cold hearted!!"

"There were bed bugs, it was filthy, there's mold. Manager plays cards during the day instead of doing her job, different rules for different people,no maintenance done properly,has family working there, she has her cats InOffice. Don't think about this place worse hud apartment."

"Mom lives here & it's just right for her! The building is a little outdated, but it is clean & the Manager lives on site. They are relatively responsive, but Mom hasn't had too many issues yet either. Close to Bug Line, Pick & Save & other small shops for fun & needs."

"I recently moved in and so far I'm liking it. After only 1wk I've found everyone very friendly and haven't had any issues with anyone. I honestly don't believe the previous reviews I've seen posted. I think I'll be very happy here."
