One of the crew noticed my broken step - and fixed it. And of all the dirt and debris that was down there when they arrived- they went above and beyond by removing 50 gallons of dirt. "I’ve always tried to have a yearly inspection done on my furnace and AC unit. After disappointments and missed appointments, I decided to not have the business that had been servicing my system for years return and decided to give Under Aire Heating & Cooling a call. I heard their commercials on WJMC out local radio station, and they said, “if you call, we’ll answer”, so I figured I’d give it a shot. They answered right away! I explained what I was looking for and I was put on the schedule. The owner, Shane came over to do my inspection and my oldest daughter was here at the time. She told me how nice, polite and chatty Shane was, which was not like our old service, at all. Shane thoroughly went through the entire system and called before any major repairs were completed to explain what was needing repair and Shane explained every option and possible solution with me at length and by the end of our conversation we had ordered the new AC system I was needing. Shane took the time to communicate with me at every step of the way and was upfront and honest about what needed repair and what didn’t.
