Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

"My mother went here and got a perm by Nikki on September 27. Mom's hair is short and she was charged $85! Mom was getting wet and Nikki told her and another stylist that she soaks everyone and hates giving perms. She barely trimmed her hair, didn't dry it. Nikki not only SOAKED Mom's back, but SOAKED her all the way down to her pants to where she needed to cover her car seat to not get the seat wet."

"I’ve been here twice this year, granted got the same gal both times (I suspect she’s the manager) and she has done a phenomenal job. She did my daughters Rapunzel thick/long hair perfectly as well as my ringlet curly hair. She knows her stuff and has all my business going forward. She was friendly in fact most the gals are in that building."

"I gave Sam's a try because I had had perms there and they turned out fine. Now please note, I get one perm per year and my stylist doesn't do perms. My stylist is a colorist which means she specializes in colors and is very good at it. Well, I had an emergency and thought I would try Sam's. I asked to color the gray and for high lights and low lights. I ended up with mostly brown hair. While the stylist at Sam's with 1.5 years of experience was doing my hair, I asked how much it would be. She states that she did not know. When we went to ring out, it came to over $200 That would have been fine if I were happy with it but I wasn't. 4 days later I contacted the salon because I just wanted my money back. I did not want them to fix it and I was going to go to my colorist after telling her the whole story I called Sam's and the manager had Jeff, the son of the owner and a partial owner himself call me back. He didn't wanna give me my money back He wanted me to come to the shop so the manager could " at least look at it" I went to the shop and Jeff happened to be there. He was rude and narcissistic. He himself is not even a hair stylist but was very interested in how long I had been one. When I stated, I owned a shop, he asked what town, how long etc. When I said I eventually went back to college for the medical field, he made a smirks remark" good for you" lol Jeff isn't a cosmetologist. Just a spoiled, little rich boy. My colorist is totally aware of all of this as I will be seeing her in a week for $150. Since it means so much to Jeff to keep that money, he can have the last laugh karma sucks Stay away from Sam's"

"Absolutely amazing! My 3 year old daughter had to get her hair cut for the first time and they were Absolutely amazing with her! Her hair came out great. Very pleased with the outcome and how kind and patient the staff was there! I will make sure I go there from now on for myself and both of my daughters!!!"
